The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Have 2-5 years' experience. Advertising agency experience a plus.
  • Have a strong portfolio.
  • Have a bachelor's degree or higher in advertising, marketing, communications, or relevant field.
  • Must have solid conceptual skills.
  • Be an engaging presenter. Proficient in English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be able to generate creative ideas based on strategy.
  • Must be able to develop exceptional work for clients in multiple media types including, but not limited to, television, radio, print, digital, and OOH.
  • Connect to target audience with relevant, original, well-crafted copy/art direction.
  • Enjoy learning all about the US Hispanic consumer.
  • Able to travel for presentations and productions.
