The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have 2-5 years' experience. Advertising agency experience a plus.
- Have a strong portfolio.
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in advertising, marketing, communications, or relevant field.
- Must have solid conceptual skills.
- Be an engaging presenter. Proficient in English. Spanish is a plus.
- Must be able to generate creative ideas based on strategy.
- Must be able to develop exceptional work for clients in multiple media types including, but not limited to, television, radio, print, digital, and OOH.
- Connect to target audience with relevant, original, well-crafted copy/art direction.
- Enjoy learning all about the US Hispanic consumer.
- Able to travel for presentations and productions.
