What you'll be doing

  • Lead strategic development with passionate new business teams to arrive at a single-minded creative ideas
  • Help account teams uncover and deliver insights that lead to smart, impactful communications platforms
  • Collaborate with creative teams to build strategic communications across social and paid channels
  • Leverage emerging insights and events to re-shape assignments, and optimize campaign strategies based on performance data
  • Lead a growing, highly in demand team of talented strategists

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, or similarly applicable field is required; Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of marketing and communications experience required with applicable project/program management experience.
  • 5-7+ years of professional experience in agency and/ or corporate marketing or communications environments in an account planning or creative strategy role
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in leading and management of a diverse team - a master builder of cross functional teams (internally and externally) to bring the right resources/ insights to account teams to address client needs
  • Expertise in understanding how to apply market research (qualitative and quantitative), opinion research and other data to brand and communications campaigns
