Cat is our Head of Learning & Development for our offices across the USA and sits in the People & Culture Team. The team has an array of responsibilities including overseeing every new colleague we bring into Investigo, their development whilst they are here, making sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed, whilst having lots of fun along the way.
