Investigo, LLC(hereinafter “Investigor”), located at 199 Water St, 34th Flr; NY, NY 10038 s committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes Investigo’s and the Investigo Group’s (Group meaning its ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries and associated companies) practices for collecting, using, sharing and protecting your personal information.

We want to provide a safe and secure user experience and will ensure that the information you submit to us via our website at www.Investigo.com remains private and is only used for the purposes set out in this policy.

To comply with privacy requirements in Europe and California, we have provided additional details about our privacy practices to users in the European Union, European Economic Area, the United Kingdom (collectively “Europe”) and California.

  • For keeping you informed of Investigo’s services, news and wider developments in your chosen field

  • For tailoring the version of our website, you see when you log on to make it relevant to you; and/or

  • For compiling salary and other surveys of our candidates.

How we collect and use information

The following are examples of the type of personal and non-personal information we collect and what we use it for:

  • Business Contacts. We collect business contact information, and billing information, from our clients and our potential clients for legitimate business purpose. We use this information in order to provide products, services, or information about our products and services.

  • Potential Candidates. Investigo gathers personal information about individuals who might be interested in a current, or future, position with a Investigo client. Such information includes address, contact information, job role, function, social media presence, investment information, work or educational experiences, hobbies, interests and other information that may be included in a resume.

  • Email Interconnectivity. If you receive email from us, we may use certain tools to capture data related to when you open our message or click on any links or banners/images within it. We may also take the information in your emails and add it to our contacts and log it with our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Employment. If you apply for a Investigo job posting or become an employee at Investigo, we collect the information necessary to process your application or to further the employment relationship. This may include, among other things, your Social Security Number/National Insurance Number.

  • Feedback/Support. If you contact us or provide feedback, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content that you send to us, in order to reply.

  • Mailing List. When you sign up for one of our mailing lists we collect your name, email address, resume, LinkedIn/website address, how you heard about us and the reason for your contact.

  • Mobile Devices. We collect information from mobile devices such as location and unique identifying information broadcast from devices when visiting our website using HubSpot and Google Analytics.

  • Surveys. If you participate in a survey, we may collect information you provide such as your contact information, job details, and experience with Investigo.

  • Web Logs. We collect your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to a computer when using the Internet), domain name, click-activity, referring website, viewed websites and/or a date/time stamp for visits.

Disclosures of Your Information
We will share your information within the Investigo group of companies where necessary in order to provide you with our recruitment services.

It is possible that Investigo could merge or be acquired by another business. If this happens, we may share the information that relates to you with the new owners of the business and their advisers. You will be sent notice of such an event.

Your resume and related information will be sent to prospective employers but only where you give your consent.

We may release information relating to you to regulatory or law enforcement authorities, if required to do so. We also reserve the right to disclose the information we have collected about you to our professional advisors and to other persons to the extent that Investigo contracts out any aspect of the operation of its recruitment services, such as screening.  These third parties will be acting under similar undertakings of confidentiality and in accordance with the same data protection laws as Investigo.

Data Security

Investigo applies industry standard data security measures to its processing of your information.

Job Alerts
To subscribe to job alerts emails, you will be required to provide your e-mail address, which will be used for the purpose of keeping you informed, by e-mail, of the latest jobs in your nominated industry and/or industry news via job alerts.

Should you decide that you no longer wish to receive this information, unsubscribe links are provided in every job alert email that you receive.

Job alerts can also be received via RSS feeds without having to provide your email address.

Resume
We give you the option of submitting your resume via this website. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants or positions as they come up. Although your resume will be stored online, it will only be accessible by Investigo recruitment consultants. Your resume will also be e-mailed directly to our recruitment consultants who review your details and enter them onto our central in-house database.
You can update your resume at any time, simply by following the same procedure to submit a new resume. Your old resume will automatically be replaced.

Aggregate Information About Investigo Online Visitors
We gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to this website and all of the Investigo websites worldwide, for example, which area users access most frequently and which services users' access the most. We only use such data in the aggregate form. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually improve our online services to create a better overall experience.   

Use of Cookies
A cookie is a small data file which is sent from a web server to a web browser when that browser visits the server's site. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to exercise your right to know or your right to delete by submitting to us a completed “Authorized Agent Designation” form.  You can obtain the designation form by contacting us at contactus@investigo-us.com.

If an authorized agent submits a request to know or a request to delete on your behalf, the authorized agent must submit with the request either (a) a power of attorney that is valid under California law, or (b) a document signed by you that authorizes the authorized agent to submit the request on your behalf.  In addition, we may ask you to follow the applicable process described above for verifying your identity.

Investigo’s Non-Discrimination Policy 

California consumers have the right not to be subject to discriminatory treatment by Investigo for exercising their privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and Investigo will not discriminate on that basis. However, Investigo may charge a California consumer a different price or rate or provide a different level or quality of services if the difference is reasonably related to the value provided to the California consumer by the consumer’s personal information.  If Investigo does so, it will provide consumers with any legally required notice.
