The news comes after we were awarded Best Companies 3 Star accreditation – the highest standard of workplace engagement – representing organisations that truly excel.
Through a colleague survey, Best Companies allows organisations to assess and monitor employee engagement and identify where meaningful change can be made. This is very much an ongoing journey, as our CEO Nick Baxter explains: “Over the last 15 months, our employee support and communications have been more important than ever; we have been able to provide people with improved initiatives, regular updates and reassurance when needed as well as clear direction for the future.
