The role of the Digital Engagement Associate involves providing digital implementation support to our healthcare clients. This position collaborates closely with our internal account, creative, and digital teams, contributing to various daily client and internal tasks. These responsibilities encompass tasks such as crafting content, managing online communities, generating reports, and handling departmental administrative tasks. Additionally, this role plays a key part in compiling social listening reports, managing organic and paid media efforts, and identifying influencers.
