Responsibilities:
Oversee financial reporting and asset servicing, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Foster team development and optimize productivity through strategic KPI implementation.
Maintain open communication channels across all levels of the organization.
Drive key business decisions through capital management, pricing strategy, and budget oversight.
Utilize advanced financial modeling to inform decision-making and assess new opportunities.
Key business models, such as CTLV, CAC and operating model to help inform business decisions and credit policy
Requirements:
Master's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
10+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or consulting.
Proficiency in asset management techniques such as IRR and financial modeling.
Strong strategic acumen to advise executive leadership.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a growth mindset and emotional intelligence.
Preferred:
Graduation from a top-tier MBA program or equivalent.
CFA Level 3 certification.
Experience in both management consulting and high-growth company environments.
