Job description

Strong leader who will manage, inspire and lead multiple creative teams at
various levels. A strong conceptual thinker with a pulse on culture and
technology, who also demonstrates a thorough understanding of the
digital/social landscape. A collaborator with clients actively listening and
understanding their true needs but also developing a trusting relationship that
allows for the Agency to push for better and more surprising work.
* Directs the creative team so that the team environment, culture,
capabilities, tools processes, expectations, support the objectives of
the Agency
* Viewed as a trusted leader by the creative department and assigned
account teams.
* Ability to keep track of multiple projects at different stages of
completion across more than one team
* Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of
all campaign deliverables - broadcast, social, print, and digital
marketing collateral
* Manage the creative process from concept to completion
* Translate marketing objectives into clear marketing solutions
* Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams
* Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
* Meet with client or upper management to explain campaign strategies
and solutions
* Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams

* Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring
deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
