Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure integrations to meet business process integration needs, ensuring smooth connectivity between systems.
- Utilize code-based and low-code integration platforms to streamline complex data flows efficiently.
- Take ownership of implementing real-time, asynchronous, and batch data integrations, collaborating closely with application stakeholders for timely project and integration delivery.
- Offer expert insights on real-time API usage and integration strategies, highlighting potential scenarios to consider before implementation.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards and controls for integrated systems based on industry best practices and standards.
- Monitor and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and third-party system providers to establish and manage integration connections effectively.
- Conduct regular assessments of integration processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize data flow and system efficiency.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and identify opportunities for data synchronization, consolidation, and automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience as an Integration expert.
- Experience with one or more integration platforms such as SAP BTP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica, SnapLogic, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Proficient in protocols like HTTPS, REST, SOAP, SFTP, JDBC, JMS, IDOC, ODATA, etc.
- Experience with flat-files, JSON, and XML-based integrations
- Hands-on experience in designing and building integrations throughout the full implementation cycle.
- Ability to design interfaces for various applications (on-premise and cloud).
- Experience in preparing technical design documents and unit test cases.
- Familiarity with integration monitoring and application administration.
- Proficiency in Java and Groovy scripts for enhancing integration capabilities.
- Experience in real-time API implementation, API management, governance, API proxies, microservices, and batch data integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration design best practices, error handling mechanisms, and architecture.
