The company is seeking a capable individual to oversee the Netsuite implementation project, ensuring its timely and successful delivery. This project involves transitioning from PeopleSoft to Netsuite ERP. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to navigate stakeholder change management across Asset Manager subsidiaries. They will challenge both internal business norms and the Netsuite implementation team to establish scalable processes in a growing business environment. Additionally, managing relationships with Netsuite and Suite App providers, coordinating integrations, driving consistency across various business processes, and overseeing a team of implementation analysts are key responsibilities. This role requires leading data conversion and normalization efforts, providing regular senior management updates, coordinating phased Go Live schedules, and managing user acceptance testing. Post Go Live, the candidate will provide support to the business, release enhancements, and own Phase II of the implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Netsuite implementation project, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Manage stakeholder change management across Asset Manager subsidiaries.
Challenge internal business norms and Netsuite implementation team to establish scalable processes.
Manage relationships with Netsuite and Suite App providers.
Coordinate integrations with banks, payroll (Dayforce), T&E (Concur) providers, etc.
Drive consistency across various business processes.
Manage one direct report, an implementation analyst.
Lead data conversion and normalization efforts.
Provide regular senior management updates on implementation progress.
Manage and coordinate scheduling of phased Go Live.
Lead user acceptance testing and ensure all requirements are met.
Provide post Go Live support to the business.
Release post Go Live enhancements.
Own Phase II: Implementation of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience with Netsuite highly preferred.
Fund accounting experience and a working knowledge of PeopleSoft beneficial.
5+ years of system implementation and change management experience within the private equity/asset manager industries.
Proven record of process mapping and business process optimization.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage senior stakeholders with competing needs and priorities.
Strong decision-making skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
