Job description

A reputable Salesforce Consulting Partner is looking to bring on an Account Executive to join their successful sales team to drive their expansion into several target industries. This position will be remote, but the ideal candidate will be located near one of the Salesforce Towers (i.e. New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, San Francisco)

Although this role will be an individual contributor, there is a path to move into sales leadership over the next 12-18 months if this is a career path you're looking to take (and if you'd like to remain an IC, there's still an opportunity for continued financial growth/incentives :)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential leads and market opportunities.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

  • Maintain accurate and updated sales records and reports.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce solutions and services.

Requirements

  • at least 3 years of proven experience selling Salesforce solutions/services in the SF ecosystem, preferably Mid Market & above

  • Knowledge of Salesforce's full product suite, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, FSL & CPQ, and Industries Clouds

  • Existing relationships within the Salesforce channel

Target Industry Experience (one or more highly preferred)

  • CMT (Communications, Media, Technology)

  • MAE (Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy)

  • RCG (Retail & Consumer Goods)

This position would include a competitive base salary + 6% commission (with accelerators once you've surpassed quota) Medical, 401K match, unlimited PTO and other perks other included in the total package.
