Job description
- Take charge of overseeing client management within the Digital Engagement team on a daily basis.
- Harness creativity to assist in the development of groundbreaking marketing initiatives and formulate strategic, comprehensive plans for clients.
- Employ social listening tools and manual analysis to compile reports identifying potential influencers, collaborating with team members to offer recommendations for influencer programs.
- Assume responsibility for the continuous monitoring of social media channels and community management efforts for our healthcare clients.
- Conduct research and compose content for digital marketing materials, including but not limited to organic social posts, paid social ads, search ads, video and graphic content, and more, while also reviewing content produced by Associates.
- Contribute to the creation of audience personas and behavior reports, complete with findings and initial suggestions.
- Generate organic social media reports for select clients, ensuring that the subsequent steps involve implementing strategic tactics.
- Lead social listening reports alongside associates to propose well-thought-out strategies for clients.
- Aid in the delivery of paid media reports by the Paid Media team, guaranteeing that key insights align with clients' broader digital strategies.
- Utilize data reports to support tactical planning for extensive campaigns, ensuring that recommendations align with platform best practices.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to evaluate actual spending versus planned spending, ensuring that paid plans align with goal attainment.
- Take the lead in managing and executing the day-to-day tactics of specific influencer campaigns.
- Play a pivotal role as a partner for the paid media specialist, leading the launch and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns.
- Function as an expert on industry updates and platform usability, both internally and externally, and provide education to team members.
- Assist in the management of the LifeSci Comms social media accounts.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of SEM and SEO and their roles within the marketing ecosystem.
