Senior Marketing Consultant - Fully Remote

We are in search of an experienced Sr. Marketing Consultant for our client specializing in RevOps consulting. This role focuses on implementing best-in-class sales and marketing systems and helping clients improve their business processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients on marketing automation strategy. They should possess excellent technical skills and a deep understanding of the business problems our clients are trying to solve. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and Marketo is preferred.

What You Will Do

  • Align solutions with clients' broader business objectives
  • Build and manage client relationships, taking ownership of generating valuable outcomes
  • Administer and support client marketing or CRM databases, including managing user setups, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations
  • Collaborate with leadership, operations, sales, marketing, and end-users to design and manage complex automations
  • Develop and customize reports and dashboards based on clients' needs and business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and functionalities to recommend process improvements
  • Inform system users about new functionalities and enhancements
  • Provide technical assistance to system users
  • Log and track identified system issues through resolution
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, system configurations, and help materials for users

Your Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • College degree or equivalent work/technical experience
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to achieve results
  • Experience in implementing, designing, operating, and maintaining lead lifecycles, campaigns, and campaign hierarchies
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Ability to mentor, train, and develop team members
  • Capability to serve as the technical lead on projects and provide direction to other technical resources
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects
  • Understanding of sales and marketing workflows and business processes
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously expand skills
