Job Description: Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and functionality within Salesforce.
Customize and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to support business processes and improve customer engagement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges in Salesforce platforms.
Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve Salesforce implementations and drive innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce development tools and languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
