Job description

We are seeking a VP of Creative Strategy for a shopper marketing agency based in New York!

* Define high level strategy, implementation, and execution of client brief
* Identify key insights from the client brief to formulate strategic recommendations
* Communicate strategic visions to clients; help clients socialize strategy to the greater
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the client business and competitive landscape
* Has the ability to captivate a room with compelling storytelling, winning over hearts and minds
with every presentation or pitch
* Demonstrate an understanding of how consumers interact with channels
* Conduct research and distill brand, consumer, shopper, and category data to infer critical and
actionable insights
* Own the development of data and insight-driven strategic objectives for all programs
* Develop strategic, data-driven creative concepts
* Provide strategic direction and thought leadership
* Ensure team adopts best in class tools, techniques, and systems to deliver strategic brand
recommendations aligned to client's objectives
* Outline roles & responsibilities for the Strategy team - delivering on vision, direction,
management, and support to direct and indirect reports

* 10+ years' experience in brand, trade, or shopper marketing strategy in an agency environment
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* Strategy leader with a passion for innovation and storytelling and an aptitude for team
leadership and strategic partnership
* Superior storytelling ability with excellent presentation and copywriting skills
